Jakob has over 30 years of experience as a strategic property consultant and architect in Denmark and abroad. Working with a focus on high quality, targeted streamlining, and optimization of planning and building processes, Jakob’s clientele range from private and public property owners, developers, tenants to property investors.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In particular, Jakob has specialised experience in managing our building heritage – both old and newer – within his larger extensive management experience of renovation and restoration projects. With a strong foundation in organizational, diplomatic and negotiation skills, he act on all levels within the complex world of construction and building culture – from initial dialogue with developers, authorities, builders and stakeholders and users of daily process and project management to the critical ongoing follow-up and optimization of economy, progress, quality and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n
