Claus has experience in managing complex projects and processes and has been involved in a number of construction projects within private and public construction. He has experience with all types of construction and great insight into the conditions for a successful construction project, including building law and the transition from construction to operation, as well as practical use of commissioning and digital tools. This includes experience with due diligence, project development, tendering, contracting, claims management, handover and commissioning, including 1- and 5-year inspections.

Claus works from a strategic and structured perspective, with a focus on driving complex projects and processes through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.  

Leisure time is spent with family and friends. Claus enjoys traveling and takes the ride on a racing bike and mountain bike when the opportunity arises.
